Shipping Policy

At GO2H4RD Apparel, we partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to produce and ship our products. Here are the details of our shipping process:

Production Time

  • All products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality.

  • Average production time: 2-7 business days, depending on product type and order volume.

Shipping Time

  • United States: 3-5 business days

  • Canada: 5-10 business days

  • Europe: 5-15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, carrier delays).

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and quantity.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Customs and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy

Since all products are custom-made through Printful, we follow a strict return & refund policy:

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • We offer a free replacement or full refund for eligible issues.

  • Email us at support@go2h4rd-apparel.com with clear photos and order details.

Wrong Items or Sizes Shipped

  • If you receive the wrong product or size due to our error, we will replace or refund the item.

  • Contact us within 30 days for resolution.

Non-returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect size ordered (please use our size guide carefully)

    • Change of mind after production begins

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed:

  • Cancellations and modifications are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or changed, as they may already be in production with Printful.
